Rachel’s career path has been shaped by her passion for personal and professional development. As a former Performance Coach at Dale Carnegie Training, she guided individuals toward self-improvement and success. Her work as Membership Engagement Manager for the Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce further strengthened her connection to the community, as did her participation in Leadership Oakland.
In her recent role as Senior Director of Community Engagement for The J, Rachel oversaw the creation of a dynamic programmatic space for community building. Now, as a Business Development Specialist at Michigan CFO Associates, Rachel is eager to leverage her expertise to connect CFOs with small-business owners, helping them make better financial decisions and succeed in their endeavors.
Outside of work, Rachel is a dedicated volunteer with Henry Ford’s SandCastles grief support program and enjoys actively participating in local events. She’s also busy planning her upcoming wedding!
